Water jet machines for hydro-cutting
Ecosys performs cold cutting on very resistant materials using water as a high-pressure tool. The strong concentrated jet is in fact capable of cutting, without the use of abrasives, various types of materials such as reinforced concrete, polymers and abrasives.
In some cases the jet can be used together with abrasive substances, thus allowing the cutting of special materials such as metal sheets of considerable thickness. The hydro-cutting technique finds its main use in areas where maximum safety must be guaranteed, such as inside tanks and plants or when operating at chemical and petrochemical companies.

Hydro-demolition
Using high-pressure pumps at 2000bar, incrustations and deteriorated layers present on reinforced concrete structures can be eliminated. Cleaning occurs only with water, without damaging the structural parts, which are not subjected to vibrations or stress of any kind.
