Water jet machines for water cutting
The Ecosys company performs cold cutting on very resistant materials using water as a tool at high pressure. The strong concentrated jet is in fact able to cut, without the use of abrasives, different types of materials such as reinforced concrete, polymers and abrasives.
In some cases the jet can be used together with abrasive substances, so as to allow the cutting of special materials such as metal sheets of considerable thickness. The hydro-cutting technique finds its main use in areas where maximum safety must be guaranteed, such as inside tanks and plants or when working in chemical and petrochemical companies.
Hydrodemolition
Using 2000bar high pressure motor pumps it is possible to eliminate encrustations and deteriorated layers present on reinforced concrete structures. Cleaning takes place only with water, without damaging the structural parts, which are not subjected to vibrations or stress of any kind.
