Hydrodynamic washing and industrial cleaning

Ecosys exploits the power of the water jet to remove any type of encrustation, such as glue, carbon residues, cements, polymers of various kinds, petroleum derivatives and many other types of chemical substances.

Latest generation hydrodynamic washing machines combine water temperature and pressure and, thanks to independent internal boilers, heat the water up to 95 C°.

Hydrodynamic washes are used for the external cleaning of:

Paint stripping

Paint stripping takes the place of sandblasting and is carried out using specific rotating nozzles at high pressures (2000bar), thanks to which it is possible to remove any type of residue and prepare for subsequent painting treatments.

Sandblasting, thorough cleaning

Hydro-sandblasting is usually used when hot hydro-washing alone is not sufficient to achieve maximum effectiveness. It is also used on delicate surfaces that cannot receive too high pressures. It replaces traditional compressed air sandblasting, with the additional advantage of not producing volatile powders.

Remediation and descaling for deep cleaning

Through the use of high pressure water jets it is possible to carry out accurate decalcification and descaling. Thanks to the high pressure, the water allows you to clean in depth, removing encrustations and residues without any kind of risk and side effect for the surfaces.
